While our fairies are committed to working efficiently, the handcrafted nature of our products means that some pieces may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and assure you that most orders will be ready to ship sooner than expected.

Once your order is prepared, we entrust it to the reliable hands of Usps/DHL for shipping, ensuring a swift and secure journey to your doorstep within 2-8 business days. You will receive a tracking number from our team, allowing you to follow your enchanting package on its way to you.

In total, we estimate a delivery timeline of up to 30 business days from the moment you place your order. Your precious jewelry will be elegantly wrapped in silk paper and presented in our signature branded boxes, ensuring a beautiful arrival. In the rare event of damage during transit, please reach out to us promptly so that we can address the issue with the care it deserves.

Shipping rates, taxes, and any additional charges will be transparently presented during the checkout process, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the total cost on our behalf. Our commitment to your satisfaction extends beyond the purchase – if there are any unforeseen delays, our store manager will personally reach out to you. Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday, and we kindly ask for your understanding that no processing, shipping, or delivery occurs on national and religious holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays, or holidays will be processed the following business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:

For domestic orders over $150 or 500NIS, enjoy complimentary shipping. If you prefer a more personal touch, you're welcome to visit our store in the heart of Jerusalem for order pickup. Need your order expedited? Let our team know, and we'll strive to make it happen as quickly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

International orders over $250 or 1000NIS qualify for free shipping. Should you desire expedited shipping, contact our team, and we'll explore options for express shipment, providing you with new shipping rates upon agreement. Please note, once the package lands on its destination state we are not responsible for any rates fees and additional payment. Any customs, VAT, tariff, or related needs must be addressed before shipment, and any associated fees are not linked to Lady Morgana.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Promotional codes or discounts used on items are final sale. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, returns and exchanges can be initiated within 14 business days for returns and 30 business days for exchanges after the package order status has been updated to "delivered." Please note, exchanges are limited to one per order.

Returning deliveries are handled by the customer, and any associated shipping rates and taxes are the customer's responsibility. For damaged packages due to insufficient packing, we regret that we cannot accept returns. Items under our 1-year warranty will be shipped back on Lady Morgana's expenses, while expired warranties may incur shipping costs, as communicated by our caring fairies. For international orders, please use the contact us information to obtain the shipping address, as we do not provide return shipping labels. Covered Elements: The warranty applies to plated products, connections, springs, and inlaid stones. Should you encounter any issues within this timeframe, our studio will assess the situation and determine if the warranty can be applied. Fear not, we'll keep you in the loop regarding any additional costs.

Lost Gems or Crystals: In the unfortunate event of a lost crystal, stone, or gem, we understand accidents happen. Rest assured, we'll charge you with the minimum rate possible to restore the magic.

Limitations to Warranty: The warranty won't cover elements that are broken or torn. We use durable materials with the belief that, when treated reasonably, your jewelry should withstand the test of time.

What Our Products Are Made Of:

• Dominant, Statement, and Hair Pieces: Crafted from high-quality brass plated with 18k gold, rose gold, antique rose gold, or 925 shiny silver or oxide. These pieces may feature pearls, expensive crystals or gemstones, hand-made glass beads, acrylic flowers, and brass plated flowers.
• Dainty Collections: Made from 925 silver cast or 14k gold-filled, these pieces are nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and water-resistant.

Showering with Your Jewelry:

• Silver and Gold-Filled Jewelry: Feel free to shower with these beauties; they're water-resistant. Just avoid salty water and contact with acids or harsh chemicals.
• Plated Products: While they may not be shower-friendly, you can still flaunt them on moist hair post-shower.

Keeping Your Jewelry Clean:

• Dainty Collection: Clean them with soapy water or a hint of lemon to maintain their brilliance. Treat them as you would silver. If your silver oxidizes with sweat, a gentle polish with a silver cloth does wonders.
