At Lady Morgana, creating the perfect piece of jewelry is a labor of love. Our skilled fairies meticulously craft each item by hand in our studio, a process that takes up to 21 business days. While our fairies are committed to working efficiently, the handcrafted nature of our products means that some pieces may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and assure you that most orders will be ready to ship sooner than expected.

Once your order is prepared, we entrust it to the reliable hands of Usps/DHL for shipping, ensuring a swift and secure journey to your doorstep within 2-8 business days. You will receive a tracking number from our team, allowing you to follow your enchanting package on its way to you.

In total, we estimate a delivery timeline of up to 30 business days from the moment you place your order. Your precious jewelry will be elegantly wrapped in silk paper and presented in our signature branded boxes, ensuring a beautiful arrival. In the rare event of damage during transit, please reach out to us promptly so that we can address the issue with the care it deserves.

Shipping rates, taxes, and any additional charges will be transparently presented during the checkout process, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the total cost on our behalf. Our commitment to your satisfaction extends beyond the purchase – if there are any unforeseen delays, our store manager will personally reach out to you. While we can't control external forces affecting shipping times, our team is here to assist and support you throughout the entire process.

During holidays, sale periods, or festive events, please be mindful that our studio may experience increased demand, potentially causing slight delays.

Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday, and we kindly ask for your understanding that no processing, shipping, or delivery occurs on national and religious holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays, or holidays will be processed the following business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:

For domestic orders over $150 or 500NIS, enjoy complimentary shipping. If you prefer a more personal touch, you're welcome to visit our store in the heart of Jerusalem for order pickup. Need your order expedited? Let our team know, and we'll strive to make it happen as quickly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

International orders over $250 or 1000NIS qualify for free shipping. Should you desire expedited shipping, contact our team, and we'll explore options for express shipment, providing you with new shipping rates upon agreement. Please note, once the package lands on its destination state we are not responsible for any rates fees and additional payment. Any customs, VAT, tariff, or related needs must be addressed before shipment, and any associated fees are not linked to Lady Morgana.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Promotional codes or discounts used on items are final sale. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, returns and exchanges can be initiated within 14 business days for returns and 30 business days for exchanges after the package order status has been updated to "delivered." Please note, exchanges are limited to one per order.

Returning deliveries are handled by the customer, and any associated shipping rates and taxes are the customer's responsibility. For damaged packages due to insufficient packing, we regret that we cannot accept returns. Items under our 1-year warranty will be shipped back on Lady Morgana's expenses, while expired warranties may incur shipping costs, as communicated by our caring fairies. For international orders, please use the contact us information to obtain the shipping address, as we do not provide return shipping labels.
