Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding order cancellations, refunds, and changes for Lady Morgana's online and physical store.

1. Cancellation and Refund Times:

1.1. Within 48 hours from the payment moment, cancellations are accepted with a 5% fee deducted from the refund. unusual cases and exceptions will be considered. 

1.2. From 48 hours post-payment until 14 business days after the package status has been updated to "delivered", changes or store refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card.

1.3. From 14 business days to 30 business days after the package status has been updated to "delivered", product changes or exchanging products are allowed. you can exchange/change products only once. Our team will be happy to help you choose the products that fits the most to your personal style. 

1.4. After 30 business days after the package status has been updated to "delivered", all sales are considered final.

1.5.In the rare event of damage during transit, please reach out to us promptly so that we can address the issue with the care it deserve

2. Notification and Communication:

2.1. To initiate any action, please inform us through the Contact Us page, email, or WhatsApp, providing your name, receipt, and the desired action. Our store will promptly contact you to guide you through the process.

3. Return Conditions:

3.1. Items eligible for exchange or gift card refund must be in their original box, with tags, and in new condition. Used items will not be accepted.

3.2.Discounted products, sale items, or custom-made products considered as final. Cancellation is only possible within 48 hours from the payment moment.

4. Cancellation Fees:

4.1. A 5% fee will be applied to cancellations in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 2010-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 2010-1981.

4.2. The "Jerusalem of Gold" collection, donating 10% to charity (Maaser), incurs a 15% deduction for cancellations, reflecting the regular fee plus the donation.

5. Shipping Responsibility:

5.1. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges or returns.
while the shipment back to the customer will be on lady Morgana responsibility, and will take care of all costs until entering the destination customs. all taxes and vats should be payed buy the buyer according destination local fees. 

5.2 you can make a return only once per order. if we allow more then 1 return, all shipping costs will be on the buyer. 

5.2. Lady Morgana is not liable for any issues arising from shipments initiated by the buyer, including loss, non-delivery, damage, or theft. 

5.3. In the case of exchanges initiated by Lady Morgana, we take full responsibility for the shipment, covering any damage or incidents during transit.
