Moran Lahmy, the Earthly Muse of Lady Morgana
Dear fairies I am Moran, the earthly representative of the mystical Lady Morgana. Allow me to share with you the enchanted tapestry of my journey, woven with threads of magic, imagination, and an unyielding love for the beauty in simplicity.
In the spiritual heart of Jerusalem, amidst the old Malha neighborhood, I spent my childhood surrounded by the serenity of nature, a reserve that ignited a lifelong love affair with the earth's wonders. Since my earliest days, my imagination danced with the realms of magic, myths, and legends – a whimsical symphony that drew me towards witches, fairies, princesses, magical creatures, antiques, vintage allure, and the rich tapestry of various cultures. All of the above made my personal style very intuitive and eclectic.
the connection with my grandparents.
My roots extend into the realm of art through a special connection with my grandparents, particularly my grandfather, an artist and painter. His studio, a haven of creativity, became my playground, where I delved into the world of writing, painting, sketching, and sculpting. my favorite inspiration that i found there are almond tree flowers as well as grassy fields, olive trees and the beautiful dresses that filled my sketchbooks. I also find a lot of beauty in the grape vine leafs - Gefen, in the olive and fig trees. I saw them on a regular bases in Jerusalem land cape and cityscape.
As I grew, my journey led me to study art in high school and later to Haifa University, where I combined studies in Judaism philosophy with psychology. When the spark of Lady Morgana ignited within me, it was only natural that the subjects that fueled my imagination would blossom into this enchanting creation.
about my studio
The fairies I once painted, adorned with crowns, jewelry, flowers, and wreaths, have come to life as the jewelry that now graces the beautiful people of Earth. My specialty lies in crafting crowns, wreaths, hair pieces and the ethereal LULU, later expanding to include earrings, necklaces, and rings.
In my studio, alongside my fairy companions, we design delicate pieces using pearls, crystals, and 18k gold-coated flowers. After a decade of creation, I decided to birth a flagship store in my hometown, Jerusalem, on the enchanting Yoel Salomon street, nestled in the pastoral beauty of Nahalat Shiva.
The Lady Morgana store is more than a shopping experience; it's a magical fairy forest where every piece tells a story. I extend a personal invitation to all who visit Jerusalem to immerse themselves in the special magical vibes and say hello.
Within my designs, you'll find a nostalgic vintage feeling entwined with my deep love for nature – a wish that has blossomed into reality. I believe in the duality of softness and elegance, embracing the burst of feminine energy.
